Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO to Destin, FL in the Summer of 2011. I have over 15 years in the Property Management field including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with The Beach Group Properties. Shannon is our “go to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles the majority of operations which includes Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners Statements, Accounting, and helps to oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands on. Not only are we available to our Homeowner’s at all times, we are also available to our guest.
