In 1995, Kim and her husband Randy started Royal Shell Vacations on Sanibel Island in Florida. Kim's dedication to exceptional customer service paved the way for her to assemble a staff of over one hundred and fifty dedicated industry leaders. Kim's staff are trained to practice the ""Hug Your Customer"" philosophy of exceptional customer care with a distinct focus on every detail her clients have come to expect. Kim has managed rental properties throughout Southwest Florida, Central Florida, and Western North Carolina. Bringing a project together for her client's benefit is a passion for Kimberlee.
