Beachside Hilton Head Island is a vacation rental boutique specializing in property management and real estate sales within Sea Pines. Sole Owner and Broker-in-Charge, Stephanie Hoke, began Beachside Hilton Head Island in 2008 after working for another local mid-sized property-management company. Her motivation to begin a boutique style rental company was driven by the desire to offer higher end customer contact to both her owners and guests, providing more in depth owner services, as well as being an ambassador to Hilton Head Island.
