Starting as a group of friends and investors with a small portfolio of our own short term rentals here on the island, we were amazed at how easily we were able to beat the median performance of the rental market in Carolina Beach with a data-driven and review-based approach. It was easy for our group of young and successful realtors to agree that there was something lacking on our Island in the property management space, and Going Coastal quickly evolved. At Going Coastal, we use coastal NC southern hospitality, along with data-driven analysis and performance metrics to put out the best product and experience possible. We know that when managed the right way, a listing can be much more than just another rental unit among the many.
